Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent.

2. The petitioners are facing trial for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 326 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reiterated all the contention set out the memorandum of grounds, I am of the view that these grounds are better urged during trial. It is not possible to quash the impugned proceedings based on these contentions. Since consideration of the contentions may cause prejudice, I refrain from considering the same. Therefore all the contentions of the petitioners are left upon. However taking note of the averment, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with.
