[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] Learned counsel for the impleading petitioner states that the parties have entered into a compromise.

2.However, this Court is unable to record the same. Further, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this application.

3.At this stage, the learned counsel for the impleading petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

4.In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
