Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is delay of 343 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.37503 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent2/Insurance Company, Ms.R.Sreevidhya present in Court has no objection in allowing the petition on condition that the interest for the period of delay may be waived.

3. In the light of the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent2/Insurance Company, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No.7512 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 343 days.
