ORDER
By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that he is the President of the Festival Committee of Sri Karupaya Temple and the temple festival is to be conducted on 4.6.2015, and in the course of the festival, cultural, dance and song programme is to be conducted and in this regard, he submitted an application dated 28.5.2015, to the second respondent seeking appropriate permission and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, who would submit that in the event of permission https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
being granted to conduct dance and song programme, there will not be any law and order problem and further that such programme will not contain any obscenity or vulgarity and they will abide by any conditions imposed.
4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents, also.
5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the facts and circumstances, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.5.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 4.6.2015, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
