This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to update the newly elected office bearers of the petitioner Society in view of the intimation letter dated 27.09.2021 upon consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner Society registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1973. The petitioner Society affiliated units with the respondent. The petitioner Society is affiliated with Karate India Organisation (KIO) and affiliated with World Karate Federation (WKF) and Asia Karate Federation (AKF) recognized by International Olympic Committee (IOC). Subsequently, the election has been conducted in the year 2021 as per the bye-laws of the petitioner Society. The results were published on 08.09.2021. However, the new office bearers were intimated to
the respondent on 27.09.2021. But, the respondent did not update the present office bearers in the website by inserting the newly elected persons name. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 14.03.2023. But, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that though very many grounds have been raised in the present Writ Petition, it would suffice, if this Court may issues a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
5. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
6. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
