Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.I.Arockiasamy, learned Government Advocate, accepting notice on behalf of the respondent.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that the order and direction of this Court passed in WP.No.23006 of 2015 dated 29.07.2015, which is the subject matter of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ contempt, has been complied with, in the form of rejection

order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an opportunity to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

In view of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
