ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 4, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.03.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120-B r/w 420 IPC in Crime No.16 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had invested a sum of Rs.44,00,000/- in the petitioners' firm, subsequently, some money dispute arose between the defacto complainant and the accused, so the defacto complainant demanded to return his money, but, they did not return the money and thereby, the petitioners cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that there was no money transactions ever occurred between the defacto complainant and these petitioners.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there was a money dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, the petitioners cheated the defacto complainant. She further submits that more than 50 complaints have been received against the petitioner. Further, the amount involved in the case is more than Rs.6,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crores) . Hence she vehemently oppose to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the grave nature of the offences committed by the petitioners and the amount involved in this case is more than six crores, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
