Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to finalise the tender which is called for under tender No.Cargo 20 Export 20 NIT 21.01.2010 for Job Contract Providing terminal handling services of Export Cargo and Upkeep of the working/functional area at Air Cargo Terminal and Ancillary Units of Chennai Airport and consider the petitioner who is selected in the Technical Bid and Financial bid and declared as lowest tenderer namely L1 under the subject contract and award the contract.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
