ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 12.09.2025 and 02.10.2025, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a devotee of Sri Namagiri Lakshmi & Sri Renganayagi Sametha Sri Malai Varadharajar Swamy Temple and the temple was taken by the Archaeological Department and the Samprokshanam in the said temple was conducted in the year 2014 and every 12 years it has to be conducted as per customs and rituals.
He further submitted that the said consecration ceremony is due in February 2026 and therefore, he made a representation to the third respondent for renovation and subsequently to the respondents 1 & 2 for performance of Samprokshanam, however no order was passed and hence, the present Writ Petition.

Per contra, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that, the subject temple is under the control of the third respondent and after completion of renovation work by the third respondent, the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department will conduct the Samprokshanam in the subject temple as per its customs and rituals.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the contentions put forth by the respective learned counsels, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a representation to the third respondent ventilating all his grievances, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the third respondent shall consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks therefrom.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
