This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.30 of 2016 as directed by this Court vide order dated 08.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.2046 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.30 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent.

4. However, the 2nd respondent-police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
