This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 195 days in filing the above Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree in A.S.No.32 of 2015 order dated 01.03.2016 on the file of Principal District Court, Krishnagiri reversing the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.36 of 2013 order dated 27.04.2015.
