ORDER
(Made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with orders dated 17.03.2026 and 18.03.2026 that are extracted below: 17.03.2026 Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 12.03.2026.
2. The matter is listed today under a special list on a mention made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that they have secured the detenus.
3. Since it is clear that there is a family dispute, Registry to transmit this file before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center annexed to this High Court and the learned Mediator to take up the case at 4.00 p.m. today i.e., 17.03.2026.
4. To await interim report from the mediator, list under the caption 'to report progress mediation' on 18.03.2026.
18.03.2026 Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with earlier order dated 17.03.2026.
2. The parties have appeared before the Mediator and the interim report records that the 2/5
petitioner and her husband have decided to live together with the children though in a place away from both parents' home.
3. The petitioner continues to reiterate this before us as well. Hence, the matter is sent back for mediation in order for the parties to arrive at a finality.
4. Registry to transmit the papers forthwith to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center, attached to this Court and the parties to appear before the same mediator at 4.00 pm today ie., 18.03.2026.
5. To await report from the mediator, list under the same caption 'to report progress in mediation' on 01.04.2026.
6. Nithinsai V, aged 5 years, shall be taken by the petitioner until further orders of this Court as he was studying in Sakthi Matriculation School, Chinna Salem and his education is stated to have been interrupted by R3 and R4 taking him away.

A mediation report is received today, wherein the mediator has recorded that the couple i.e. the petitioner and her husband have decided to live together with the children away from their parents' houses. 3.Recording this, and as nothing further survives in this habeas corpus petition, the same is closed.
