ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents not to implement the Panel completion on 12.11.2015. As far as the validity of the Panel is concerned it is one year and the panel of the year 2015 was lapsed in the year 2016.

2. Therefore, the relief as such sought for in the present Writ Petition cannot be granted on account of lapse of about seven years and thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority, if any grievance exists as of now with reference to the subsequent Panel if any publication by the department.
