O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The petitioner Bank, is an employer, has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the representation dated 20th May, 2015 in proceedings RO:MADU:HRM:01/652 of the petitioner and determine the community status of the third respondent in a time bound manner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Bank has made several representations and the latest of which being dated 20th May, 2015, requesting the State Level Scrutiny Committee, to examine the genuineness of the Community certificate produced by the petitioner, but no action has been taken till date.

3. Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submit that the enquiry has already been initiated and final decision shall be taken within a period of three weeks.

4. Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that the third respondent will participate in the enquiry initiated by the first respondent.

In view of the foregoing, we are not inclined to make any observation in respect of the merits of the case and dispose of the petition, with a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take final decision, on its own merit and in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. Costs made easy. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
