ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 17.11.2014 wherein the petitioner requested the 2nd respondent to take disciplinary action against one Dhandapani and seven others who are working in the 2nd respondent college and attacked the petitioner on 24.09.2013.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that on completion of enquiry and the criminal case initiated against the persons mentioned in the writ petition, was closed as 'mistake of fact' and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
