This petition has been filed to amend the Crime No.244 of 2022 instead of Crime No.242 of 2022 and also Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 instead of Sections 294(b), 323 & 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crl.O.P.No.4951 of 2023, dated 07.03.2023.

2. Both the parties have no objection for carrying out the amendment.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.4951 of 2023, dated 07.03.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
