This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's property in Survey Nos. 198/3 and 198/1A, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025, from any trespass by the second and third respondents and their associates.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent conducted an enquiry and the matter was subsequently closed.
