(CRIME NO.1447/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that he has report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30am until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court order date on 04.02.2021 in CRL.MP.NO.937 of 2021 in CRL.OP.NO.20279 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of J.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 04.02.2021 in Crl.MP.No.937 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.20279 of 2020, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions.
