Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of interim injunction, restraining the respondents, their men and agents from putting up any further construction in the petition mentioned property which is subject matter of suit property in O.S.No.142 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, till the disposal of the appeal (IN CMP.No.11144 of 2018 ).

petitioners and of MR.J.BALAGOPAL, Special Government Pleader for the second and third respondents and the first respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate,the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2018. Only notice through Court as well as privately was ordered on 25.07.2018. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
