The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the disposal of original petition in O.P.No.1838 of 2009 on the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai, granting divorce.

In view of the submission made, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
