Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2021 which was also forwarded by the 1st respondent vide his Letter No.116/A/2021 dated 18.01.2021 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this court. ORDER
[This matter has been heard through video conference] This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2021 seeking to cancel various sale deeds executed between the respondents 3 to 31.
2. Earlier, when the matter was listed for admission, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, the learned Government Advocate took notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation seeking to cancel the sale deeds executed between the respondents 3 to 31 has not been considered by the 1st respondent so far.
4. Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered and an order has also been passed by the District Registrar on 08.07.2021. He further submitted that a copy of the order has also been sent to the petitioner by post. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on the other hand, submitted that the petitioner has not received any copy of the order till date.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is required to be made in view of the fact that the
representation of the petitioner was already considered and disposed of by the 2nd respondent. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order of the 2nd respondent in the manner known to law. No costs.
