This application has been filed to amend the offence under Section as 379, 430 of IPC instead of offence under Section 379 of IPC in Crl.OP.No.4783 of 2023 vide order dated 03.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.OP.No.

4783 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
