Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.19600 of 2016 dated 10.06.2016 as per the Contempt of Court Act.

O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed against the non-implementation of the order passed by this Court on 10.06.2016 in W.P.No.19600 of 2016.

2.The respondents filed a counter affidavit, stating that all eligible terminal benefits along with the interest had been paid to the writ petitioner. Further, it is stated that the due amount as per the Court order in accordance with law has been settled by the respondents except Rs.50,584/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand, Five Hundred and Eighty Four only) towards pension arrears for the period from April 2004 to September 2014(6 Months). The respondent send the proposal for payment to the 3rd respondent. 3.In view of the fact that the order has been settled, no further consideration is required. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that there are some arrears in the calculation and break up details of the amount deducted were not given to the petitioner in this writ petition. Thus, the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondents and in the event of submitting any such representation, the respondents are at liberty to provide the correct informations to the writ petitioner.

4.With these observations, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
