This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the arrears and full salary pay income losses which has to be paid to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.P.S.Kothandaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner's earlier representation has been considered and an order has been passed by rejecting his request. In such circumstances, the petitioner ought to have challenged the order if at all she is aggrieved. But the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus once again. Since the representation of the petitioner has been culminated into an order, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, if she is so advised.
