(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Arivazhagan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have subsequently issued show cause notice to respondent No.4.

3. As action is already taken, the purpose of the writ petition now does not survive.
