This petition is filed by the petitioners herein / proposed respondents 3 to 5 to implead themselves as respondents 3 to 5 in the original petition as they are the other accused.

2.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in order to give a comprehensive and complete quietus to the entire issue, this petition is ordered, the petitioners herein are impleaded in the Criminal Original Petition and ranked as respondents 3 to 5.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
