ORDER

The respondent counsel files an affidavit to the effect that the order dated 08.05.2023 has been withdrawn. They undertake to cause fresh enquiry in accordance with law and in line with the principles of natural justice.

Let the petitioner be heard, and order be passed afresh so as to comply with the directions under order dated 29.11.2022. This exercise must be carried out within a period of three weeks' from today.
