2. While granting an order of interim stay we had directed the appellant to deposit 50% of the amount as awarded by the learned Single Judge. We had not specified the place of deposit. Hence, the order dated 26.03.2025 is modified and it will read as follows:- "There will be an interim stay of the order impugned in this appeal, on condition, the appellant deposits 50% of the amount as awarded by the learned Single Judge to the credit of I.D.No.24 of 2001 on the file of the labour Court, Puducherry, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, stay granted will stand automatically vacated.

2. Notice to the respondents returnable by 29.04.2025. Private notice is also permitted."
