Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear respondents 5 & 6 from carrying business in residential area in the name and style of Flying Squad Ambulance and Funeral Undertaking Services at Circle-102, Plot No.218, Door No.70, K.V.N.Puram 1st Street, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2021.

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear respondents 5 & 6 from carrying business in residential area in the name and style of Flying Squad Ambulance and Funeral Undertaking Services at Circle-102, Plot No.218, Door No.70, K.V.N.Puram 1st Street, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2021. 2/4

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 and after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, pass orders on merits in accordance with the law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
