This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 3 &4 in the above writ petition.

Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list the writ petition after four weeks.
