2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that E.P.No.132 of 2007 in O.S.No.93 of 2002 on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Bhavani, was dismissed on 10.04.2018. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition for further adjudication.
