PRAYER IN ALL THE CRPs.: These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Additional District Judge, Arani, Tiruvannamalai District to dispose of A.S. Nos.59 of 2017, 4 of 2018 and 9 of 2018, pending on its file.

Mr.N.Damodharan COMMON ORDER These three revision petitions are filed to dispose of three appeals, which are pending on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Arani, Tiruvannamalai District. These appeals arise out of a common judgment and jointly being heard.
2. This court is informed that the appeals were argued by the appellants for the first time on 24.04.2019. But the respondent did not argue. Then the learned Judge, who heard the arguments, was transferred and thereafter the appeals were yet again argued before another Presiding officer on 06.02.2020 and as this misfortune continued, as Covid lock down was clamped, following which the respondents' arguments in the appeals were deferred. In the meantime, the learned Judge, who heard the arguments of the appellants for the second time,
was superannuated and a third officer has now come and the appeals are to be heard. In the meantime, some of the respondents died and the impleading applications are pending in service of notice for the last six months.
3. The learned Additional District Judge, Arani, Tiruvannamalai District, is now required to ensure that notice is served on the proposed parties for which he may resort to such necessary options available to him under the procedure of law and need not feel helpless. This process of impleadment is required to be completed by June 2022 and thereafter, the appeals are required to be heard and disposed of by July, 2022.
4. With the above direction, the revision petitions are disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
