ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Prashanth Kiran, learned Government Advocate would submit that the above representation of the petitioner has been considered and disposed of vide proceedings dated 23.01.2024, a copy of which has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have also received the same.

3. In view thereof, nothing survives for further adjudication. The writ petition stands closed. No costs.
