ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records to quash the First Information Report filed in Crime No.443 of 2022 dated 02.08.2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, T-5, Thiruverkadu Police Station, Chennai.

2.When the matter is taken up, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that final report has been filed in this case and it is taken on file in P.R.C.No.20 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee.

3.In view of the filing of final report and taken on file in P.R.C.No.20 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee, prayer for quashing First Information Report in Cr.No.443 of 2022 cannot be entertained. Therefore, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed in P.R.C.No.20 of 2023.
