Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the records relevant to the rejection order dated 8.1.2013 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal improper against the law and consequently direct the respondents to grant Educational Loan to a sum of Rs.3,38,000/- to the petitioners son Mr.D.Dinesh Durai to pursue his higher education in Bachelor of Engineering (for Short B.E) for the period of 2012 to 2016 in Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Tirupachur, Tiruvallur Taluk and District.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is directed against the order of rejection dated 08.01.2013 passed by the first respondent and also seeking for a consequential direction to grant educational loan to the petitioner's son.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the student has already completed the course and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.
