This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register the complaint dated 27.01.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.
2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.5 of 2016 has been registered on 16.07.2016 for offences under Section 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, based on the complaint given by the petitioner.
