This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 10.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.821 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2019, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent complied the order passed by this Court. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 22.04.2022, sent by the respondent before this Court.
