This application is filed to accept the court fee of Rs.25,000/- paid alongwith the original petition in D.No.152068 of 2023 instead of remitting in the Reserve Bank of India.

2. The Original Petition is filed under Section 372 of Indian Succession Act r/w Order XXV rule 6 of O.S. Rules for grant of succession certificate in favour of the 2nd petitioner with powers to collect the debts and to receive interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule.

3. The petitioners have filed court fee stamp of Rs.25,000/- alongwith the petition instead of remitting the same in the Reserve Bank of India.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the records.

5. In the interest of justice, this application is allowed.

6. Registry is directed to number the petition and post the matter before this Court.
