This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1783 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the charge sheet has been filed and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
