ORDER
Appln. No. 87 of 2025 has been filed by the learned Official Assignee, seeking permission of this Court to declare and disburse first and final dividend at the rate of 21 paise in a rupee for a sum of Rs.8,15,850/- to the seven proved unsecured creditors.
2. Appln. No. 88 of 2025 has been filed by the learned Official Assignee, seeking permission of this Court to close the administration of the insolvents estate.
3. A detailed report has been filed with enclosures in support of the above applications. Till date, no one has raised any objections for allowing these applications. There is also no representation on the side of the petitioning creditor. A copy of the report submitted by the learned Official Assignee was also served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioning creditor on the last hearing date i.e., on 09.06.2025. On that date, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioning creditor sought further time to peruse the same and submit his instructions. However, there is no representation on the side of the learned counsel for the petitioning creditor today.
4. It can now be inferred that no one is having objection with regard to the report filed by the learned Official Assignee, through which the prayers sought for in these applications are prayed for by the learned Official Assignee.
5. This Court is also satisfied with the report filed by the learned Official Assignee in support of these applications. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for by permitting the learned Official Assignee to declare and
disburse the first and final dividend at the rate of 21 paise in a rupee for a sum of Rs.8,15,850/- to the seven proved unsecured creditors as prayed for by the learned Official Assignee in Appln. No. 87 of 2025 and this Court is also permitting the learned Official Assignee to close the administration of the insolvents estate as prayed for by the learned Official Assignee in Appln. No. 88 of 2025.
6. Accordingly, Appln. Nos. 87 and 88 of 2025 are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, Appln. No. 58 of 2025 filed by the petitioning creditor is closed. 30-06-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
