(CRIME NO.5/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to cancel the bail in Crl.O.P.No.15345/2020 order dated 07.10.2020 and thus render justice Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of NO APPEARANCE of Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the bail in Crl.O.P.No.15345/2020 vide order dated 07.10.2020.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 10.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 12.08.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
