ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 417 r/w. 120 (b) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.169 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A2 in the case impersonated as original owner of the property and executed power of attorney in favour of A1 in which A3 and A4 stood as witnesses. The said transaction was facilitated by A8. Thereafter, these accused sold the property to other accused.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and would further submit that the petitioner is only a land broker and except brokerage, no allegation is made as against the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is 1 previous case of similar nature as against the petitioner.
5.It appears that earlier, the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.220 of 2021 before this Court seeking anticipatory bail and in the said petition, this Court directed the petitioner to appear for enquiry and since he did not appear for enquiry, the same was dismissed.
6.Hence, considering the previous and the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
