This petition is filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

The delay is 135 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition ad since there are no serious objections, the delay of 135 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
