ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the orders passed by the second respondent in RC.No.10749/E3(3)/2017 dated 30.05.2018 and R.C.No.10749/E3(3)/2017 dated 30.05.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to superannuate the petitioner from service and grant all retiral and other benefits.

2. Heard Mr.K.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is learnt that the disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner and it is over and orders are yet to be passed by the disciplinary authority. As the petitioner's entitlement to get retired from service would depend upon the orders going to be passed in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against her, the direction as sought by the petitioner at this juncture cannot be granted. 4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
