This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order of status quo granted on 01.03.2019 in W.P.No.6009 of 2019 in respect of construction of the building has been violated by the second respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is the specific contention of the second respondent in the counter affidavit that he has not put up any construction after having knowledge about the interim order of status quo granted by this Court on 01.03.2019.

4. The learned counsel for the second respondent has also categorically submitted that the second respondent is not putting up any construction and the construction has not been carried out after coming to know about the interim order of status quo granted by this Court.

5. In view of the above categorical submission made by the second respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. Page No. 2/3

It is open to the respective parties to agitate the matter before the writ Court on merits in respect of the relief sought for therein.
