ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) On the ground that the petitioner has a medical ailment, a representation was given by her seeking for grant of medical leave for her husband, who is a life convict.
2.On our instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Probation Officer's report dated 23.04.2024. As per the report, on enquiry the Probation Officer had given his findings stating that there is nothing wrong with the petitioner's health condition and that she is in good health.
3.When the Probation Officer has conducted enquiry on the spot and have given his report, this Court in exercise of its powers under Article 226 will not venture to interfere with the report of the Probation Officer, in the absence of any other reason for grant of Ordinary Leave. 4.Therefore, there is no merit in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, it stands closed. No costs.
