ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to Register the FIR against the third and fourth respondent as per the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, Namakkal District in Cr.M.P.No.2963 of 2022 dated 11.08.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner lodged a complaint as against the respondents 3 and 4 and sought for direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.P.No.2963 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, Namakkal District. The Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, Namakkal directed the second respondent to investigate and file a final report. However, the second respondent did not even conduct any enquiry so far.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to register the FIR and proceed with the investigation, forthwith.
