O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in OA.No.34/2021, dated 12.10.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that already the Commissioner of HR and CE has invoked the suo motu revision power u/s 69 (2) of the Tamil Nadu HR and CE Act, 1959, as against the order passed by the second respondent in OA.No.34/2021 and the same is pending. It was further brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been shown as 13th respondent in this suo motu revision. 3.In the light of the above development, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this writ petition pending and it will be left open to the petitioner to participate in the suo motu revision petition, pending before the HR and CE in Suo Motu Revision No.3/2023 D2. The learned Government advocate submitted that the matter stands adjourned to 16.08.2023.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
