Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take action on the petitioners representation dated 07.04.2015.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The sole grievance urged by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the agricultural land purchased by respondent Nos.7 and 8 is sought to be plotted into housing colony without permission being granted, i.e. conversion of agricultural land into urban land has taken place without the requisite sanction. In this behalf, a representation has been made by the petitioners on 07.04.2015.

2. We, thus, consider it appropriate to direct respondent No.1 or its delegates to look into the representation of the petitioners and respond to the same within a maximum period of two months from the receipt of copy of this order. The matter will be looked into after notice to all concerned.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
