ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to give police protection to the petitioner's life from the hands of the Anti Rowdy Squad and the 5th respondent in pursuant to the representation dated 03.04.2022.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the police is harassing him. In the affidavit of the petitioner, the petitioner himself has stated that he is having a serious criminal background. The further contention is that he is not allowed to go to Court. Such allegations are without any materials and bereft of details. On mere bald allegations, the Court cannot pass such a blanket order. The expression "Harassment" is so subjective that it cannot be encapsulated in an objective criterion. Even calling for legal enquiry, one may complain there is harassment. If such an attitude is entertained, there will not be any end for the criminal investigation.

3. In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
